Norton has failed to provide me with support and has gone ahead to charge me for services that I never authorized. This is a clear indication that their business is engaging in fraudulent practices and stealing money from unintended customers.I would like to draw attention to the fact that such activities are illegal and unethical. The refund had not been processed and they would proceed to charge me for these fraudulent activities. At that time, Their customer service representative assured me that the charges would be canceled and that I would receive a full refund.However, to my dismay, a month later, I followed up on not receiving a refund. Upon noticing this and trying to resolve this matter, I contacted their customer service to cancel these unauthorized charges and request a refund for the amount that had already been charged. I have not been a customer of **********************, but my experience with their organization has been unpleasant.Recently, I discovered that Norton had stolen my personal information and charged my credit card on reoccurring charges without my consent.
